A May Wedding (Air)
This piece was written for my sister and her husband Ciarán. The four parts can be played by any suitable instrument.
It was performed at my sister’s wedding in Co. Galway in 2007 by myself on fiddle and my three friends, Sharon Leary (concertina), Alyson Barber (flute) and Aoife Mullen (fiddle). It features in the book “101 Original Compositions of Irish Traditional Music”.
