The Long Stand (Jig)

Another tune that featured in my 2006 book. This tune was named after an April Fools joke my Grandma Teresa and Aunt Evelyn played on myself and my sister Rossagh when we were kids. She phoned us and told us to go down to my aunt’s house for the long stand. After waiting in the hallway for quite some time, we finally realised the joke!
